At Prism Coffee Lab, we take pride in roasting exceptional coffee and ensuring that every order meets our high standards. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on coffee purchases unless the item arrives damaged or there is an issue with the order.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your coffee arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@prismcoffeelab.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Since coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns on opened or used coffee.
  • Other Merchandise: Non-coffee items (such as apparel or brewing equipment) may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
