Our Story
Prism Coffee Lab was created by the team behind Brick Road Coffee, a values-driven LGBTQ+ owned café and community hub in Tempe, Arizona. As Brick Road grew, so did the number of businesses asking for help with their coffee programs—businesses that wanted great coffee without the complexity, inconsistency, or corporate “one-size-fits-all” approach.
Prism Coffee Lab was built to solve that problem.
From day one, our mission has been to bring clarity, consistency, ethics, and innovation to roasting—empowering small businesses with a partner who genuinely cares about their success.
Today, Prism stands as the roasting arm of Brick Road Community Corporation—sharing the same commitment to inclusion, transparency, and community impact while offering scalable, wholesale-focused solutions to businesses across Arizona and beyond.
